Do you have a store?

 

Yes, we have a physical store at Thorvaldsensgade 33a, 8000 Aarhus C.

 

Opening hours: 11AM-6PM MON-FRIDAY

 

Are your products authentic?

 

We assure 100% authentic products. Everything going in and out of our warehouse have been fully checked by our experienced team and third parties. We want to make the customer experience as hassle free as possible for our clients, therefore we strive to only deliver authentic products.

 

When do I receive my order?

 

If you order contains inventory that we have in hand, we will ship your order the same day as it has been placed. On the other hand, if you have purchased as a proxy order the day from purchase to delivery can be up to 14 days.

 

 

Will there be any additional charges on my final product?

 

Customs duties are applicable for orders outside EU and is carried by the customer. Orders within EU have no additional charges, that is the price at check-out is the final price.

 

I bought something and wanted to return; how do I proceed?

Which currier do you use?

 

For shipments within Denmark, we use GLS which enables the possibility of day-to-day delivery if your address is within 80 kilometres from Aarhus.

 

Regarding international shipments, we use DHL Express that ensures fast and efficient shipping. In 9/10 cases the time in transit is between 1-2 days – in rare cases transit can be upwards 4 days.
