At Street Bill we reserve the right at any time to correct any errors in our stated prices. Furthermore, we maintain the rights to change listed prices without prior consent. At the same time reservations are applicable for sold out items.




At Street Bill you are able to pay with credit card, PayPal and Mobilepay. All payments are conducted through third parties.


With card your payment will not be deducted from your account until the order has shipped.


Most of our products are sold under licensed rules for the VAT margin scheme, which is why the VAT does not appear on the invoice.




In terms of shipment we ship all orders with GLS. Once shipped you will receive a track & trace number that allows you to follow the parcel’s route.


The delivery time varies based on your location:


Denmark: 1-3 days

EU: 2-8 days


We strive to ship your order within the same day that it has been placed.




As a customer at Street Bill you are obligated to a full 14-day right of revocation of your order.


The deadline runs out 14 days after the day you received the parcel.


If you wish to return your order, you have to message us before the deadline. We can be contacted through e-mail: info@street-bill.com. Within your message make sure to state you want to exercise your possibility of returning.


You cannot refuse to accept the order without notifying us.


The costs associated with returning an order is placed on the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility that the order returns safely. We therefore recommend shipping with track & trace.


If an item is returned it must be in exactly the same condition as it was sent, with tags and dust bag if applicable. If the order varies from the sent condition, it is at Street Bill’s discretion if the money or any money should be returned.


This also applies for any accessories included with the product, that is the shoe box, spare laces, dust bag etc.


The refund of your order takes place once we received the order and closely inspected it, to make sure it fulfills the above-mentioned criteria. In the case of depreciation in which the customer is liable, we will notify you.

As Street Bill sells unique products that are rare on the general marked and at the same time in different condition – refer to our condition grading system – we cannot be held accountable for the durability of these. The condition has been graded based on many years of expertise and in relation to the products age.




If you wish to complain about your purchase, you should e-mail us, and we will try to find a solution. If we cannot find a fitting solution, you can redirect your complaint to the relevant authorities:
